Sunrise: July 7, 1957 Sundown: June 27, 2022

On Monday, June 27, 2022, Keith Linwood Payne departed unexpectedly into eternal rest at his Roxbury, Massachusetts, residence. He was 64 years old. Keith was born in Washington, D.C., on July 7, 1957, to the late Linwood Payne and Constance Hood.

In his earlier years, Keith attended the McKinley Technology School in Washington, D.C. He enjoyed working on upholstering furniture with his mother. Keith loved singing and dancing and was a fantastic skater; most of all, he enjoyed having fun! Keith relocated with his family, Martha P. Johnson & Quiana J. Chambers (formerly Johnson), to Lowell, Massachusetts, from Washington D. C. in 1985. Keith loved his family, especially his daughter.

He is survived by ex-wife Martha (Payne) Johnson, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, daughter Quiana J. (Johnson) Chambers, son-in-law Craig-Michael Chambers, and granddaughter Somyah Chambers of Rutland, Ma. Keith also leaves behind his sister Shirley Flowers and brother Robert Pitts both currently living in Texas. His (oldest?) sister Carla Walters passed away in 2006. Keith leaves wonderful life memories shared with his family, friends, and countless others who he met along the way.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30 PM on July 8, 2022, at New England Pentecostal Church- 955 Bridge St #38, Pelham, NH 03076.
