Despite the challenges posed by her Down Syndrome, Lisa approached each day with determination and positivity that was both inspiring and humbling. One of the most profound qualities of Lisa’s life was her ability to find happiness in the simplest of things. Whether it was Lisa’s love for music, her love for her parent’s home cooking, or her love for shopping at the dollar store, Lisa had the ability to appreciate life in its purest form. Lisa’s greatest joys were her Saturday outings with her sister Tammy, her sleepovers with her sister Darlene, and her frequent visits from her brothers Michael, Bob, and Gerry, all of which were met with hugs and kisses. The love and support Lisa received from her family played a pivotal role in shaping the person she became.

In lieu of flowers please consider making a charitable donation to the National Down Syndrome Society.
